Jason has been coaching for 10+ years with the Maryland Senators. Previously, Jason assisted the Chesapeake Orioles organization, and held the Vice President role of the Northern Calvert Little League association for several years. He began with the Senators in 2015 coaching 13U and finished his baseball coaching with an 18U team. Coach Jason additionally managed the recruitment, administration, development, and implementation of multiple players realizing their dream of playing baseball in college.  In 2023, Coach Jason developed the inaugural 14U Southern MD Lady Senators softball team.  Coach Jason is now the Director of Softball, Webmaster Administrator, and coaches the 16U Lady Senators softball team.
